I come from Jesolo, near Venice. I'm married, with a son and a daughter. I ride motorcycles, travel with my family and play the violin.

I started in tourism — first as a receptionist, then in sales at AMC. In 2003 I decided I'd had enough of being told what to do. In January 2004 I joined OSM. I never looked back.

Today I'm Managing Director of OSM International across Europe, the Middle East and emerging markets. Consultant, speaker, trainer, shareholder. For 20+ years I've helped businesses grow, find their edge, improve customer value and keep great people for the long term.

I love meeting people. I love the spark in their eyes when something clicks on stage — and the results that follow back at their company. I love my job. ♥
